How it works:

Mail is sent the first week of each month with a standard Australia Post Stamp (no tracking)
Join by the last day of the month to receive the following month’s mailer. (Example: If you subscribe on January 1, your first mailer will be the February edition, which ships out during the first week of February.)
Billed on the next month you subscribed.
Shipping is included in the price.

Joined between February 1-28? Your first mailer will be March's edition shipped out on March 2nd. (Please allow up to 9 business days for Australia delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipment.)

How can I track my mailer?

To keep Mail Club affordable, mailers are sent with standard Aus Post stamps, so tracking isn’t available.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the next month you subscribed. To check your account details, visit the Stripe Customer Portal [linked here].

It’s been over the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my mailer. What should I do?

Once shipped, please allow up to 9 business days for Australia delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery. If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit.
